This Privacy Policy describes our rules regarding the management, processing and storage of personal data submitted in connection with our services. The term "personal data" refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

By registering for our services or by completing a contact form on our website http://soltis.be, you agree and accept that Soltis may collect, process, store and/or use the personal data submitted in accordance with the rules set out below.

When you use our services, the following data is collected and processed: connection data and browsing data when you authorize it, order histories, complaints, incidents and correspondence on our site. Purposes of processing

The personal data collected on the site is intended for Soltis's own use and may be transmitted to subcontracting companies that Soltis may call upon to provide its services. Soltis ensures compliance with data protection requirements for all its subcontracting companies.

The hosting servers on which Soltis processes and stores the databases are located exclusively within the European Union.
